When do I book an inspection? 

For scheduling a home inspection, you are encouraged to plan ahead and reserve your inspection appointment in advance of the preferred date for your home inspection.

Whether you are preparing to sell, preparing for your warranty submission or placing an offer to purchase a home, it is suggested that you call to set up a tentative appointment - CALL: 613-302-0854.  This will establish a date and time in our scheduling, and will provide you with peace of mind that your home inspection needs are being met.  When  tentatively setting an appointment, we ask that you call as soon as possible to either confirm that the visual home inspection can proceed, or to cancel the appointment so that we can make the appointment available to other clients.

For  scheduling purposes, the usual start times for visual home inspection appointments are:

• 1:30 PM

SATURDAY  appointments are possible, due to  working schedules for clients. If you prefer a Saturday appointment, it is suggested that you book as early as possible to ensure your needs can be met.
