  • WHAT SHOULD I NOT EXPECT FROM A HOME INSPECTION? 5p3
  • A home inspection is not protection against future failures. A home inspection tells you the condition of the component and any limitations to performing that inspection at the time the component was inspected
  • A home inspection is not an appraisal that determines the value of the home, nor will I as a home inspector tell you if you should buy this home or what to pay for this home
  • As a home inspector I will not pass or fail a home
  • As a home inspector I consider SAFETY a key issue when performing a home inspection.
  • YOUR PARTICIPATION IS IMPORTANT!2p1
  • You are welcome to accompany me during your inspection as it will allow you, the buyer, to gain first-hand insights into the home's major systems and components
  • Receive answers to your questions right at the time
  • HOW MUCH TIME IS REQUIRED FOR A HOME INSPECTION?3p2
  • The average home inspection, depending on the size, age and condition of the property, generally lasts 3 hours
  • A written Report is provided at the end of the inspection
